Proxy showing is permitted, however, each entrant must pay his/her own individual entry fee.  The show coordinator must be contacted for arrangements.  We are hoping the show will be completed by 6:00 p.m., however, if it should run late, no refunds will be provided if you must leave prior to completion.

No Show/No Refund policy is as follows:  No refunds if you have entered and have not given the show coordinator notice of extenuating circumstances for your absence one week prior to the show. 

Your registration is not complete without a signed release - this will be done at show check-in.  If you are under 18, please have your parent or guardian present to sign too.
